Hotel Murat - Ptuj

We stayed in the heart of the city and had easy access to all of its attractions. the room was clean and cozy, with plenty of blankets and pillows. the bathroom was spotless and equipped with modern amenities, including a hair dryer and toiletries. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, featuring fresh bread, jam, and scrambled eggs.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent, which made it difficult to connect to the internet from our room.

The location was great, as it was easily accessible from the highway and near the center of the city where I found everything I needed. The parking was convenient and safe, giving me peace of mind. the staff was really good! They were very good at their job and provided the best customer service. They were quick to communicate and even provided after-sales support. I appreciated their dedication to their work.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and were pleased by the accommodating staff who allowed for a flexible check-out time. The location was also convenient, as it was close to major highways and nearby attractions. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of options.

While the room had nice decor, we found the bedding to be uncomfortable and outdated. The wifi was also unreliable and often unavailable in both the room and lobby areas.

Friendly staff and easy check-in/out process. Great value for a clean room and good Wi-Fi connection. Close to the motorway, making it a convenient stopover for road trips.

The automatic air freshener installed in the bathroom was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. It could be replaced with a simpler solution to eliminate odors.
